Multiple Infinities Vanilla Mocha Stout

Artisanal Brew Works sits on Maple Avenue in Saratoga Springs with hiking and mountain biking trails right off its terrace, which made it a natural match for a coffee built for adventure. Multiple Infinities is their rotating stout series, and for this year's batch they called in Upstate Coffee.

A rich milk chocolate oatmeal stout layered with coffee, chocolate and vanilla, made with Upstate Coffee cold press and Confluence Chocolate cacao nibs. Three local producers, one local beer.

Our cold brew coffee, roasted here in Gloversville, is what Artisanal Brew Works finishes this year's batch with. It gives the stout its coffee backbone without the bitterness of hot-brewed coffee.

2 Confluence Chocolate cacao nibs

Confluence Chocolate in Ballston Spa supplied the cacao nibs the beer is aged on, bringing the chocolate side of the mocha.

3 Brewed at Artisanal Brew Works

The ABW team brought it all together: a milk chocolate oatmeal stout aged on the cacao nibs and finished with Madagascar vanilla and our cold press. Three local producers, one local beer.

Founded in 2016 by Kurt Borchardt and Colin Quinn, Artisanal Brew Works is a brewery, taproom and bistro on Maple Ave in Saratoga Springs, with direct access to hiking and mountain biking trails. Multiple Infinities is their rotating stout series, and the Vanilla Mocha is available now on draft and in cans at the brewery.
