Is Upstate Coffee organic?
Yes. All of our coffees are certified organic by the NFC and registered Fair Trade. Roast level, origin, and certifications are listed on every product page.
How fresh is your coffee?
We roast in small batches and ship fresh, so your coffee arrives close to its roast date. Orders typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days.
Do you offer coffee subscriptions?
Yes. You can subscribe to any coffee with weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly delivery and save 10%. You can skip, change, or cancel anytime from your account.
Do you sell K-Cup pods?
Yes. Our Upstate Cups line offers organic, fresh-roasted coffee in single-serve pods compatible with Keurig brewers, in light, medium, dark, and decaf roasts.
How should I brew your coffee?
Each coffee lists brewing recommendations on its product page. We offer whole bean and ground options (drip, French press and cold brew, pour-over, and espresso) so you can match the grind to your brewer.
Do you offer wholesale coffee?
