Is there a shipping time estimate?

We promptly send you a notification when your order has shipped. Please let us know if you have not received an email from us within 24h, this would be very unusual. We process your order out the door within 48 hours; this is because we are roasting it fresh!!! Fresh coffee makes a huge difference, and we assure you, it is worth the short wait. We appreciate how important your coffee is to you and have set up the fastest system we can to get the freshest coffee shipped to you ASAP. Usually, we can ship within 24 hours, but this may vary based on roasting schedules and possibly shipping schedules.
 
We will ship via UPS and USPS Monday - Friday. A national holiday could cause delays, so please plan accordingly and add a few extra days for delivery.  
 
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship coffee internationally.

Do you offer same day delivery?

If you order from us direct, you are getting the freshest possible coffee. To keep your coffee fresh, we roast your coffee to order. Usually, we can get it out the door within 24 hours or less, but this may vary based on roasting schedules and possibly on shipping schedules.

Can I change shipping address?

After 24 hours, it might be out the door and impossible to change. If you run into this problem, please contact us through hello@upstatecoffee.com  or call us at (518) 241-3321, Monday-Friday, 8am to 4pm PST and a real (friendly) team member will  there to for you to help.

 Upstate Coffee does have a wholesale program. With our unique experiences and long history with Co-op grocery stores, you can trust that our wholesale program is designed for success. Please email us at hello@upstatecoffee.com to learn more. 

We would love to get Upstate Coffee at your event. We usually won't be able to attend, but we’d love to help you get supplied with the perfect set-up for your event. Please email hello@upstatecoffee.com and one of us will help you with your needs. We definitely can offer bulk pricing and we are happy to do our best to accommodate your needs.
