Hours: Summer (Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day) daily 9am to 7pm; rest of year daily 9am to 5pm. Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.

The museum is open 362 days a year, closing only for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. Ninety-minute private guided tours can be booked in advance, and the Giamatti Research Center is open to researchers on weekdays.
There is no on-site car park. All-day parking is available at the Doubleday Field lot, street parking is metered with a two-hour limit, and free park-and-ride trolley lots sit on the edge of the village, which is the easiest option during Induction Weekend. The museum is indoors and wheelchair accessible; service animals only. Hours and pricing were checked in August 2026.
